About
Bishal is a Technology Architecture Manager with extensive experience leading Performance Engineering for Enterprise Systems, eCommerce, Cloud Migration, and Platform Modernization across SAP and non-SAP systems. Skilled in performance testing, tuning, optimization, and capacity planning for large-scale web, mobile, and microservices architectures.
He holds three Master of Science degrees — in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (Colorado State University – Global, GPA 4.0, Distinguished Scholar), Software Development (Boston University, GPA 3.3), and Information Systems (Florida International University, GPA 3.92) — along with a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
He has proven success enhancing system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness across retail, hospitality, e-commerce, telecom, pharmaceutical, and insurance domains. Originally from India, he worked in Bangalore for 8 years before moving to the USA in 2015. He loves books, sports, and martial arts.
